Proposed Project:

The petitioner, Bruce A. Mellen, on behalf of DR Horton, Inc.-Midwest, is seeking Final Plat Amendment approval for an approximately 7.236 acre site in the Grande Reserve residential development to replat 17 parcels from “Exceptions to Blanket Easements (EBE)” to 80 “Fee Simple” townhome lots. The area being resubdivided is located within Units 15 & 22 in Neighborhood 5 of the Grande Reserve Development. The request is only for resubdivision of lots which coincide with the existing and approved development agreement.
