The petitioner, Luz M. Padilla, Abby Properties, LLC is seeking the following Final Plat approval for an approximately 11.2 acre site consisting of 72 lots for single-family attached dwelling units and 2 lots for open space and future phases of development. The area being subdivided is Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Kendall Marketplace Townhome Development. The request is only for resubdivison of lots which coincide with the existing and approved development agreement.
