The petitioner, Marker, Inc., has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting an amendment to the Heartland Subdivision Planned Unit Development to reduce the interior side yard setback from twenty (20) feet to ten (10) feet on Lot 187 of the subdivision. The real property is located at the southwest corner of the McHugh Road and Route 34 intersection in Yorkville.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Planned Unit Development Amendment. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 7:00PM at the United City of Yorkville, City Hall, located at 800 Game Farm Road, Yorkville, Illinois 60560. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given opportunity to be heard. Any written comments should be addressed to the United City of Yorkville Community Development Department, City Hall, 800 Game Farm Road, Yorkville Illinois, and will be accepted up to five (5) days prior to the date of the public hearing.
