Well Being Check for Seniors and the Disabled The United City of Yorkville Police Department is currently implementing a new program that will assist seniors and the disabled in daily well being checks. If you are a senior, are disabled, or have a parent who lives alone, this program will help assure you that everything is OK--it's just a phone call away. Kendall County TRIAD and the Yorkville Police Department is offering this service at no cost to township residents age 55 or older, or disabled residents. If you live in the following townships: Big Grove, Bristol, Fox, Kendall, Lisbon, Little Rock, Na-Au-Say, Oswego or Seward you are eligible to participate. To participate in the program, please fill out the application form and send it to the Kendall County TRIAD office at 908 Game Farm Road, Yorkville, 60560.
