Frequently Asked Questions


I do not remember if I have an account:


Click on the "Create Account" button under the "Password" box at the top of the page. Enter all of the necessary information on the "Create an Account" page. The system will search for your email and phone number. If you have a phone number or email on file a red box will pop indicating that a "potential duplicate household has been found". This means that you most likely have an account already created. To retrieve your username and password click on the "recover info" button. This will direct you to a page which will allow you to enter your email so that the system can send you your username and password via email. If you do not have an email on file or your email has changed please call the Recreation Department at 630-553-4357. If this red box does not pop up you do not have an account yet. You must fill out the necessary household information and click "finish" at the bottom of the screen. 
 

I do not remember my username or password:



Use the "forgot password" button under "Account Log In" which will direct you to a page to enter your primary email address. You will then receive two emails which contain your username and password. If you do not have an email address on file please call the Recreation Office at 630-553-4357. 

How do I change my username and/or password?


You must first log in using your current password. After logging in click on "Change Your Password" under the words "You Are Logged In". You must then type in your current password. You then can change your username and/or password in the indicated boxes. After all your changes are made click "save changes". If you do not remember your current password please see the question above.


How do I change my email?


If you do not have an email on file you must call the Recreation Office at 630-553-4357. To change the email you have on file log in to www.yorkvilleparksandrecreation.com and hover your mouse over "my account"  at the top of the page and click on "change login data". In order to change your email you must type in your current password at the top of the page. Once you have changed and confirmed your email click "save changes".


How do I change my contact information(phone, number, address, etc)?



Log in to www.yorkvilleparksandrecreation.com and click on "Update Account Details" under the words "You Are Logged In". Update the necessary information and click "finish" at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my child's grade?



Log in to www.yorkvilleparksandrecreation.com and hover your mouse over "my account" at the top of the page. Click on change member data and then click on the first name of the member of the household you wish to update and click "finish" and then "done".


How do I add a child to my house hold?


Log in to www.yorkvilleparksandrecreation.com and hover your mouse over "My Account" at the top of the page and click on "Change Member Data". Click on the " Add Family Member Button". You will then be directed to a page that will allow you to fill out all of the needed information about the new family member. After you have filled out all of the necessary information click "finish".


I am a non-resident but go to the Yorkville School District and I am getting charged the non-resident rate for a program held in a school:



You must call the Recreation Department at 630-553-4357 to receive the resident rate for programs held within the Yorkville School District.
